Within the framework of the initiatives characterizing the collaboration between the National Biodiversity Future Center and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a call has been launched to select joint research projects in the fields of biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation, and ecosystem protection.

Experts from the two countries will work together to explore challenges and solutions related to the health of our planet, which are expected to result in scientific publications of “high impact.”

The partnership between the NBFC and the Chinese Academy of Sciences represents a tangible and virtuous example of international cooperation, which continues to strengthen over time.

This year, the third edition of the Sino-Italian Conference on Biodiversity will be held in Naples, following numerous other bilateral activities, including the Summer School that took place in Beijing and Shanghai in June and July 2025.
